So it goes, many people opt to write resolutions on January 1st. They resolve to do better, feel better, quit something, start something, do something different….. and so on.
You can resolve to do better now! Don’t get caught up in the hype of New Year’s resolutions, because my experience, until I learned better, was that when I failed to achieve my resolutions, it became a huge setback!
What I have come to believe is that you can become a new you, or a better version of yourself at any time! You don’t need to wait until January 1st to start, or Monday, or after the big game, or before the summer vacation.
There is no time like the present!
